Reminder: Monsanto Labelled Product Contact Info
Due to factors such as the volume of each brand and production timing, it has been a long process for our production and labelling teams to transition the packaging of Monsanto brands’ company name, address, customer service and spill information from Monsanto to Bayer. Brands in this situation in your warehouse may include Roundup® WeatherMax, Roundup Transorb HC, R/T 540, Roundup Xtend, XtendiMax, VisionMax and any Roundup Lawn and Garden brands.
This process has been completed now for several months – all product arriving at your warehouse is Bayer branded and with the appropriate contact information. Potentially, this means though there could be both Monsanto and Bayer branded inventory in your warehouses.
Because Monsanto has been amalgamated into the Bayer Crop Science legal entity, nor is Monsanto a registrant at the PMRA, we are required by August 2022 to shut down all Monsanto customer service, spill and contact information and transition and direct all customer inquiries to the Bayer information listed below. Bayer is accountable for all products still labeled as Monsanto. Below are the numbers customers should be directed to:

As per PMRA directives, Bayer had two options to deal with this situation:
- over-sticker products with Monsanto labels still in customer warehouses, OR
- communicate and inform the retail and distribution network of this change and provide users with the appropriate contact and spill information.
Bayer is opting to inform the retail and distribution network of this change and does not intend to oversticker products in your possession. Should you have any product that is Monsanto labelled, we ask that you pass on the information being shared above to customers as this product leaves your sheds.
