Program Legal Details

    Important legal information and full terms and conditions of the 2026 DEKALB® Harvest Rewards Program (also the “Program”) are set out below. BayerValue Rules
    1. The BayerValue™ Program (“BayerValue Program”) consists of numerous Bayer CropScience Inc. (“Bayer”) grower programs that are identified by Bayer from time to time as being part of the BayerValue Program. The 2026 DEKALB Harvest Rewards Program is part of the BayerValue Program.
    2. BayerValue Program rules (“BayerValue Rules”) apply to all BayerValue Programs including the Program. The complete BayerValue Rules for the 2026 growing season are found here or by calling the Bayer Rebate Fulfillment Centre at: 1 888-283-6847.
    3. The BayerValue Rules include consent from the grower respecting the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and use of commercial electronic messages for purposes discussed in the BayerValue Rules.     Program

    1. Unless otherwise permitted by Bayer in its sole discretion, growers must be registered with the BayerValue Program prior to July 31, 2026 and comply with all terms and conditions of the BayerValue Rules and Program to be eligible to receive benefits under the Program.
    2. Growers must have and comply with a valid Technology Stewardship Agreement. Growers must have and comply with a valid BASF Liberty® Trait Agreement if purchasing DEKALB® canola with the LibertyLink® trait. As applicable, these agreements need to be in place with the grower at the time of booking DEKALB seed.
    3. Program is available to qualifying growers and their farming operations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Peace River Region of British Columbia.
    4. All rebates under the Program will be calculated using the Suggested Retail Price for applicable DEKALB canola seed products that will be publicly communicated by Bayer for the 2026 growing season. Bayer may change the Suggested Retail Price of DEKALB canola seed products in its sole discretion.
    5. To qualify for the Program:
      • The grower must have a minimum of 250 acres of DEKALB seed (any combination of canola, corn, or soybean) booked with Bayer authorized DEKALB seed retail partners (“retail partners”) by on or before October 31, 2025 (“HR Booking”); and
      • The retail partner must enter the grower’s HR Booking into the CSS/eSSS systems administered by Bayer.
    6. Based on grower’s total HR Booking, the grower will qualify for a rebate on their DEKALB canola seed purchases, as follows:
      • 250 acres to 499 acres of HR Booking = $25/bag rebate on DEKALB canola seed purchases up to the HR Booking acres;
      • 500 acres to 1,499 acres of HR Booking = $50/bag rebate on DEKALB canola seed purchases up to the HR Booking acres;
      • 1,500 and above acres of HR Booking = $75/bag rebate on DEKALB canola seed purchases up to the HR Booking acres.
    7. Only DEKALB seed purchases by the grower from retail partners made between September 1st, 2025 and August 31st, 2026 will qualify and be used within calculations for this Program. However, if any purchases of DEKALB canola seed are made by a grower between September 1-30, 2025 and those purchases qualify for participation in the 2025 Bayer Instant Discount and/or 2025 Summer Sizzler programs (“2025 Program Purchases”), those 2025 Program Purchases shall not qualify for participation in or be included for payment under this Program.
    8. Qualified Program payments will be made on DEKALB canola seed purchases only and only up to total HR Booking acres.

    9. Eligible DEKALB canola, corn and soybean seed acres for all calculation purposes under this Program are: 10 acres per canola bag (or bag equivalent), 2.5 acres per corn bag (or bag equivalent) and 0.74 acres per bag of soybeans (or bag equivalent).

    10. Bayer will endeavor to issue 2026 BayerValue cheques between September 2026 and March 2027.

    Bayer is a member of Excellence Through Stewardship® (ETS). Bayer products are commercialized in accordance with ETS Product Launch Stewardship Guidance, and in compliance with Bayer’s Policy for Commercialization of Biotechnology-Derived Plant Products in Commodity Crops. These products have been approved for import into key export markets with functioning regulatory systems. Any crop or material produced from these products can only be exported to, or used, processed or sold in countries where all necessary regulatory approvals have been granted. It is a violation of national and international law to move material containing biotech traits across boundaries into nations where import is not permitted. Growers should talk to their grain handler or product purchaser to confirm their buying position for these products.     ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS. It is a violation of federal law to use any pesticide product other than in accordance with its labeling. NOT ALL formulations of dicamba or glyphosate are approved for in-crop use with products with Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans. ONLY USE FORMULATIONS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY LABELED AND APPROVED FOR SUCH USES. Contact the Pest Management Regulatory Agency with any questions about the approval status of dicamba herbicide products for in-crop use with Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans or products with XtendFlex® Technology.

    TruFlex® canola contains Roundup Ready® Technology. Roundup Ready® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Roundup Ready® 2 Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate and dicamba. XtendFlex® soybeans contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, dicamba and glufosinate. LibertyLink® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glufosinate.     Programs

Only purchases by growers between September 1st, 2025 and August 31st, 2026 from Bayer authorized retails will be used within calculations for this Program; However, if any purchases of DEKALB corn or soybean seed are made by a grower between September 1-30, 2025 and those purchases qualify for participation in the 2025 Bayer Instant Discount and/or Summer Sizzler (“2025 Program Purchases”), those 2025 Program Purchases shall not qualify for participation in or be included for payment under this Program.
    5. Grower must have a DEKALB® seed booking at authorized retail by December 12th, 2025 to qualify for the Program (“Early Booked Seed”).
    6. Program payment (also, the “Instant Savings”) will be made only up to total Early Booked Seed volume per eligible crop. Purchases beyond Early Booked Seed volume will not qualify for the Instant Savings.
    7. No minimum DEKALB corn or soybean seed bag/unit purchase requirements for grower(s).
    8. Instant Savings will be applied to qualified DEKALB seed order at time of invoice by the authorized retail.
    9. DEKALB seed that qualifies under this Program is eligible for $25/bag off corn and $1/SSU off soybeans through the Instant Savings.
    10. Eligible DEKALB seed selling units (“SSU”) for calculating the Program are: 1 SSU of corn = 80,000 kernels; 1 SSU of soybean = 140,000 seeds; Corn: 1 bag = 1 SSU, Corn SeedPak 45 = 45 SSU’s, SeedPak50® = 50 SSU; Soybeans: 1 bag = 1 SSU, 1 Soybean Tote = 40 SSU’s, Soybean SeedPak40 = 40 SSU’s.
